shipping + returns
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-5 business days, unless stated in the item description. We mostly us Royal Mail Tracked for shipping. Royal Mail usually deliver within 1-3 business days.
You will obtain an email notification informing you that your items have been shipped.
We offer 3 shipping options.
- 1st Class Recorded (1-2 business days): £4.90
- 2nd Class Recorded (2-3 business days): £3.95
- Special Delivery (1 business days): £8.90
Tips: Standard shipping is free when you spend £30 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note, delivery time is subject to item availability.
We offer international shipping. Any Customs charges that may arise are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges.
In some cases, International orders could take up to 4 weeks to arrive due to the necessity to pass through customs. This time frame is out of our control.

Please do keep in mind that all our products are handmade and 100% natural. This means they are subject to slight variations.
If your items are delivered damaged tell us immediately and we will replace free of charge. This is provided that the damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
REFUND AND EXCHANGES
We thrive when are customers are at their happiest. Get into contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any queries and conundrums. If you are unhappy with your order, we will do our very best to rectify.
To receive store credit or a full refund please contact us within 28 days of purchase. We allow 14 days for products to be returned to us. Return postage cost are the responsibility of the customer at this time.
We will not be able to refund the shipping costs as it is a direct payment made to our shipping providers. This also stands for any unclaimed items that are returned to the seller. If an item is returned due to not being claimed, we will refund your payment for the items only.
We, the seller, are not responsible for any additional cost to return. We will not take responsibility for any returned items lost in transit without any proper proof of postage to Go Do Natural.
